School Supply Drive & Distribution Day

About This Event

Back-to-school season is approaching and hundreds of children in our partner schools face the new term without basic learning materials. This year we are combining our supply drive with a community distribution day — so donors can see exactly where their contributions go. Drop off pens, exercise books, rulers, geometry sets, or school bags at any of our 12 collection points (listed on our website and social media) between June 28 and July 18. On July 19, join us for distribution day as we deliver materials directly to students at five partner schools in Mwananyamala, Magomeni, and Temeke. Donors and volunteers are warmly invited to attend the distribution.

What to Expect

• Collect supplies from 12 drop-off points across Dar es Salaam
• Witness direct distribution to 600 children
• Meet students and teachers from our partner schools
• Photo opportunity and impact documentation
• Refreshments for all volunteers and donors attending
